These slow and intentional held postures release stress, anxiety and trauma. Throughout the entire experience, Vickie will serenade the space with her voice and live instruments, creating a soundscape that nourishes the body and spirit.

Surrounded by candlelight, this immersive evening offers a sacred pause to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself. Don't miss this Live Music and healing vocals during a class for ALL LEVELS.
