Meet Malibu's City Manager - Joe Irvin
Joseph “Joe” Irvin is Malibu’s recently appointed City Manager, a credentialed municipal leader with more than 20 years of executive local government experience, known for his collaborative style, wildfire recovery and emergency management expertise, and prior service as City Manager of South Lake Tahoe and Assistant City Manager in Healdsburg, California, and Sequim, Washington.
