Urban Development Organization, Ltd., (UDO) was founded in June 1986 by Elliot S. Zorensky and Randy E. Nonberg, Co-Presidents. UDO, which is headquartered in Pacific Palisades, California, is a commercial real estate firm that is primarily focused on the acquisition, management, leasing, expansion and selective redevelopment and repositioning of high-quality strategically located retail properties throughout Southern California.
