Malibu Moves is a two-day walking and running festival celebrating movement, wellness, and community in the heart of Malibu. Participants can choose from a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, 1-Mile Zuma Dash, and Kids Run, all set against the iconic backdrop of Zuma Beach and the Malibu coastline. As Malibu's only walking and running event held entirely within city limits, Malibu Moves attracts participants from across Southern California while supporting local causes, including the Malibu Education Foundation and community recovery efforts. The weekend features a health and wellness expo, family activities, entertainment, community partners, and a post-race festival. Expected attendance is approximately 3,000 participants, making Malibu Moves one of Malibu's largest annual community events.
