HAPPY THE GOLDEN JAM, Malibu, CA At Happy the Golden Jam® we produce a limited quantity of hand crafted, gorgeous seasonal jams with fruit from our Malibu orchard and local Malibu farms. The gorgeous fruit is nurtured by ever-changing breezes, mild fogs, and the brilliant California sunshine. The results are delicious. Our jams are hand crafted by Chef Gilles Dirat and inspired by his French family recipe.
