Here is some information about what we provide: • Homes are roughly 800 to 3000 sqft. • From the day of purchase, it takes between 3 to 4 months until the home is installed on the foundation, much faster than building stick-built homes. • The homes could be built to provide 1-hour or fire-rated exterior walls, better than any wood and composite siding, and as good as stucco (1-hour fire-rated walls). • Manufactured homes are less expensive than stick-built homes and are made of the same material. • The homes are HUD-approved and do not require to be plan checked by local building departments, therefore, the permitting process is much shorter than for stick-built homes. • The manufactured homes are built in factories by trained professionals under strict Quality Control (HUD and HCD standards) • Homes are delivered turnkey, completely equipped with appliances of the customer's choice. • Our in-house engineers can develop site-specific plans to fit our client’s budget and provide the best utilization of their land. • Our in-house engineers and contractors provide surveys and soil reports (if necessary) design foundation plans, obtain local permits, perform grading, build the utilities, and construct foundations. • We assist our customers by connecting them with premium lending institutions, which provide the best financing options for homes.
